MSsmARTy's Shop Policies
My shop is a one-of-a-kind, one-person space and I welcome any questions about an item or my policies before placing an order to better insure the satisfaction of my customers. I welcome feedback and requests for special orders and custom designs.
I accept all payments through Paypal (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). You do not need an account to make a payment. All payments are secure and I will not have access to your personal information.
In stock items are usually shipped within 1-4 business days upon receipt of order and payment confirmation. Shipping on all orders is a flat $3.00 fee within US regardless of the number of items purchased. Items are shipped inside a padded mailer via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. Outside of the US, shipping fees are $5.00 for the first item, and $.50 for additional items.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
I want your purchasing experience to be smooth and satisfactory. If there's a problem, please contact me immediately. I'll do everything possible to make corrections. In the event that an item does not work our for you, I will gladly accept it within two weeks provided that it is unworn and in original packaging. I strive to create high quality work but understand that things do happen. If my work needs a repair, please contact me within 30 days of purchase.
All sales are final on personalized custom orders.
