Dear customers,

thank you for viewing my shop. You can find here different items but there are things that apply to all of them. They are HANDMADE on my home sewing machine with love and a special care to each one of them. I am avoiding making totaly the same things twice or more times. It is always at least different color so that your Maposka is unique. Of course it is not possible with all the items.

Please do not hesitate and email me with your individual wishes. If you like a product but not the size or color, just let me know. I am open to any suggestions and bright new ideas.

Shipping Information

I ship worldwide!

I always send out an email when your item ships.

I use shipping via Czech National Postal Services.Usually it takes 3-5 days to EU and 7-20 days to USA, Canada, Australia and other over-sea countries.

I will ship your item next business day after receiving the payment.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Please keep in mind that the colors might be slightly different on your monitor than the color of the item you received.

Not happy with your purchase? Return it! I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!

All unused (and unwashed) items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund minus shipping costs. You may return the item using any method available; however, please use a method that can be tracked to avoid lost merchandise. If the item gets lost or damaged in transit, I will not be able to issue a refund. Your refund will be processed once I have received the item back.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact me with any concerns or troubles and I will do my best to solve them so that we are both happy at the end.
