The primary idea of the shop is to sell worldwide handmade quality items, all exclusive pieces, everybody is special enough to have speacil items. The point of the shop is to satisfy the customer with our products the same way we are satisfied making them.
Shipping Information
Items are post in no longer than 1 week after purchase and takes to ship 2-3 weeks to arrives depending on the country. We ship worldwide with the tracking number sistem to assure the safe arrival of the order. Jewelry pieces are send well wrapped and protected from any damage.
Items will be shipped in sturdy mailers to ensure that your purchase arrives in mint condition.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
package items the best I can to prevent them from arriving damaged, however if your item does arrive damaged, let me know within 1 week after you receive it. After 1 week, all purchases become final. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with the return or exchange.
