Shipping Information

FREE SHIPPING
Very simple: I offer free delivery where ever you live.

DELIVERY TIME
WITHIN THE UK
I send your item(s) by First Class delivery via Royal Mail.
You can expect your item(s) within 2 to 3 business days after shipment, according to Royal Mail.

DELIVERY TIME
REST OF THE WORLD
I send your item(s) by regular Airmail.
Delivery times vary from country to country. According to Royal Mail it should take up to 5 business days after shipment until you receive your purchase.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can send them back to me at your own expense. The return address will show on the front of your package. Please do this within 7 business days after you have received the item(s). And please let me know if you send them back to me. If you have any problems with this, do let me know, and we will decide together what the best thing is to do.

Once I received the returned item(s) I will refund the value of the item(s). I will not refund the shipping fees which you have to pay returning the item(s) to me.
Please make sure that you can accept payments from UK PayPal-users.

I am afraid I can not accept returned earrings for hygiene reasons.
I also can not accept returned sales items unless they need to be repaired (see REPAIRS / GUARANTEE).

PAYMENTS

I accept payments through PAYPAL.
Once your payment is cleared your item(s) will be shipped within 2 business days.
I will give you 10 business days to pay for your item(s). If I haven't heard from you within these 10 business days or if you haven't paid within 10 business days I am afraid that the item(s) will be put in my shop back for sale on the 11th business day.
OTHER WAYS TO PAY: you can pay for your order with your bank or credit card via PayPal.

REPAIRS / GUARANTEE
I am always willing to repair the piece of jewelry you purchased from me in case something happens to it, including sales items. I will not charge you anything for repairs.
Please contact me first before you send it to me. Once I received it I will let you know whether it is repairable or not.
The only thing you have to pay is the expense for shipping the item to me and sending it back to you once it is repaired.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES
If you are a customer living in one of the EU countries you do not need to pay any customs duties or other taxes.
If you live outside the EU, you as a customer are responsible for custom duties and other taxes.

CUSTOM ORDERS
You can always contact me if you want me to make you a special piece of jewelry or an item slightly different than you see in my shop (different beads, material, etcetera).
