Shipping Information
Orders will be shipped within 3 days of receiving payment.
Orders will be posted to the postal address listed during check out. So please make sure your postal address is entered correctly when checking out.
International orders will be sent by international airmail. It may take up to 10 working days for delivery once your order has been sent.
Orders within NZ will be shipped by New Zealand post.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Please note that refunds won't be given just because the buyer has had a change of heart.
Requests to return an item for a refund must be made within 5 days of receiving the item. Shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount. Refunds will only be given when the item has been received in the same new condition I sent it. The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item.
Extra Information
Payment is by PayPal only. If you are not a paypal account holder, you can still use your credit card to pay at the paypal site. Please make payments directly after purchase.
