Shipping Information

All orders usually ship within 48 hours after payment is received. Domestic orders are generally sent in bubble wrap envelopes or small flat rate boxes via USPS first class.
Sorry but we have no control over your order after it ships. If you require insurance, upgraded carrier, international, expedited delivery or a tracking number, please send a message before you buy so an exact shipping cost can be calculated and you can be invoiced accordingly.

International orders are shipped USPS Priority International Flat Rate small box (US $13.75 USD).
We are not responsible for duty/tax when the order reaches its destination country.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Refunds/exchanges are offered for defective items only.
If you have a problem with any purchase, please send us a message with specific information in order to receive approval for refund/exchange/repair. Quality is paramount, so we'll do whatever is necessary to make it right. Sorry, but we can't (afford to) refund shipping costs.

Custom Orders
We welcome custom orders and love it when the creative process is shared. If you would like to place a custom order, please send a message describing what you have in mind and we can get the ball rolling.
We require 50% payment in advance for custom orders. When you approve the photos of your finished item, the remaining 50% payment is required prior to shipping.
Because custom orders are so personal, we appreciate consistent interaction with the buyer during the creation process. Consequently, how long it takes us to make it is up to you!
