Shipping Information

All items will be shipped within 3 days of payment.

If an item is not paid for within 3 days and I have not heard from you, the item will be re-listed.

I try to keep my prices as low as possible for you, so due to high shipping prices all items will be shipped through normal Australian air mail. If you would like postage insurance or a faster shipping time then you can convo me and I will adjust the shipping price accordingly before you purchase the item.

Overseas shipping will take approximately 7-10 days.

Shipping within Australia will take approximately 3-5 days

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I send all my items securely sealed and wrapped to insure their safety in the shipping process. I send all prints in a rigid cardboard envelope inside an acid free plastic sleeve. Any other delicate items such as original paintings I securely wrap in bubble wrap and post in a hard cardboard box for safe traveling.

Please make sure you are happy with the item you are purchasing as I do not offer refunds or exchanges if you just change your mind. If you would like to see more photos of the item before you make the purchase then I am happy for you to convo me and I can email you more.

If you are truly not happy with the item you recieve then please contact me and I am sure we can work something out.
