I take a lot of pride in my work and want my customers to be proud to wear it! I go over my chainmaille especially very carefully to make sure every single ring is as completely and seamlessly closed as possible. I am always happy to have feedback and take custom orders. I will strive to answer all emails within 24 hours. I kindly ask that you allow a minimum of one month for custom orders to be assembled and shipped in order to obtain any special materials for your piece before I begin your order. If for any reason I am delayed in getting your order to you in the time specified I will keep you informed of the changes as soon as they are available to me. I ship all of my products by USPS First Class mail so I can provide low cost shipping for my customers. If you would like to have your item shipped using a different service please contact me so we can discuss options and charges will be invoiced to a PayPal address. I do not offer an option for insurance and confirmation on First Class Mail shipments. However if you would like to add insurance please contact me and I will happy to invoice you for your purchase using a PayPal address.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
I will gladly provide a refund if one is needed. I guarantee all of my work for life. If for any reason you have a piece that needs to be resized or repaired I will make the necessary adjustments free of charge! I am not responsible for broken beads, stones or glass. However, I will be glad to repair any damaged parts for the cost of the materials. I am not responsible for broken items that were exposed to unusual stress or were used in a manner other than that for which they were intended. I am willing to repair the damage if possible, at cost for the materials.
I am always happy to take custom orders!! If you would like to have a custom order please contact using the method listed in my contact information and I will return your message within 24 hours. You will need to have a PayPal address for custom orders so I can send you an invoice. I WILL NOT SHIP A CUSTOM ORDER UNTIL THE PAYPAL INVOICE HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL!! Please allow up to one month for custom orders to be completed and shipped requiring parts that must be ordered.
If by any chance you happen to lose your purchase and would like to have a replacement made I would be happy to make another for you if you can provide me with an accurate description or picture at the same price you paid for the original.
