Everything in my shop is made with new materials unless stated otherwise in the item description. Occasionally I find a great fabric which I repurpose. If the item you are interested in is repurposed, that will be clearly stated in the description.
If you can't decide about an item, feel free to email me questions or ask for a more detailed description.
Your item will usually ship via USPS the day after your payment is received. It should arrive in five to seven days. If you are overcharged by more than $1.00 for shipping, I will refund the overage via PayPal.
Please contact me if you would like to arrange local pick-up in Roxbury, New York. Your shipping cost will be refunded via PayPal after you pick up your purchase. Local delivery can sometimes be arranged as well.

Whenever possible I recycle envelopes, boxes and tissue. You can be assured, however, that your order will be carefully packaged.
I only ship within the United States and to Canada at this time. Canadian customers will be responsible for any duties or fees charged by your customs service or any import broker.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
I hope that you will be happy with your purchase. If you are not, please contact me within one week of receiving the order so we may discuss the problem. All returns must be in new condition. The return shipping cost will be your responsibility unless the wrong item was shipped or the item is defective.
