No images/designs/products/text may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form, or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without the prior permission of Evie Milo t/a Milomade. Items purchased from the Milomade Shop are for personal use only and may not be resold, reproduced or copied in any way.
Milomade aims to represent each item for sale as accurately as possible regarding detailed descriptions, measurements and a range of photography styles. Every effort is made to provide you with images which are of a good representation of the products. Please be aware that colours of actual products may differ slightly from on-screen colours. Monitor settings vary from computer to computer.
Milomade has the right to amend and/or remove the content of this online shop at any time and without prior notice. This includes pricing and postage. No contract of sale between milomade and you exists until full payment has been accepted and all funds cleared. If there is a problem with your order you will be notified via email as soon as possible.
Payment must be made within 5 days of purchase. Shipping costs are processed by weight and size of package and including a Handling Fee to cover admin time and packaging.
Items are posted Monday-Friday only and Milomade aims to process and post out your order within 2 working days. A proof of purchase will always be acquired and a confirmation email sent out to you once your order has been shipped. Within the UK I use 1st class Royal Mail delivery. For outside the UK I use Airmail - depending on your location, with the Airmail service delivery can take betweenen 1-4 weeks, so please bear this in mind when placing your order.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Every Milomade item is crafted with great care and attention to detail and checked before shipping. Milomade does not send out damaged goods and all items are shipped in protective packaging so that they arrive in perfect condition.
If you are at all unsatisfied with your order, please contact me within 7 days of purchase to discuss the matter. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds, returns and exchanges are dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
Milomade is ha[[y to offer a full refund, provided the item arrives back well packaged and is in a re-saleable condition. No refund will be given if an item is returned faulty or damaged.
When returning an item please include a copy of the invoice or receipt for reference. Until the item reaches Milomade, it remains your responsibility and Milomade suggests you use a postal service which will insure you for the value of the items and acquire a proof of postage.
Shipping / Handling Fees are non refundable.
Milomade makes products from recycled materials - vintage buttons, leather, silver cutlery, paper, card, envelopes, beads etc and sometimes these items have small scratches, marks and faults. Nothing is perfect. For that matter, any significant markings, scratches, faults that appear within a material used will be explained and noted within each inidivual item listing and accompanied by detailed photography.
Milomade uses 100% recycled packaging and small items will arrive wrapped in crepe paper inside a cardboard pillow box. Larger items and stationery come in either 100% biodegradable cello bags or brown paper packaging.
All items are shipped in recycled bubble wrap or padded envelopes and Milomade hopes that you will re-use these too rather than sending them to landfill.
