He's pretty dapper with his carrot nose and perky blue hat with the polka dots. He won't melt anytime soon, being surrounded with snowflakes in red sitting on a border of even more snowflakes in blue. The coordinating white gift tag has a miniature version of our frosty friend and is tied to the raffia gift bag handles with more raffia. (We know the tendency of raffia to untie, so they're securely glued.)
