Shipping Information
I ship with USPS and try to keep the shipping costs very reasonable. If you need a faster delivery I can make arrangements by contacting me.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
I want everyone to be 110% satisfied so I strive for making ALL purchases a satisfaction guaranteed. I am willing to work with a customer to make changes, and if need be returns. With communication I have faith that everything can be worked out.
For returns I ask the buyer to pay for return shipping.
Extra Information
I am trying to keep my silver prices reasonable as the prices keep soaring.
Also when I get great deals on beads that will be reflected in my prices but as they inflate so will the prices therefore I would encourage if you see something you like to take advantage of the current prices before they go up.
