Shipping Information

I ship worldwide using USPS First Class shipping. All items are shipped within 72 hours of payment clearing (excluding weekends and holidays).

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Please contact me if you have any issues. Each return is handled on a case by case basis. Returned items must come back in the condition in which they were sent.

Extra Information

I accept PayPal payment in US Dollars.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.

Due to the investment in time that each Needlepoint piece takes, I require full payment up front for each custom order. I have a huge range of wool yarn colors and am willing to create a piece just for you. Lets talk and make something awesome!
