Hi my name is Paul Raymond Tolhurst I am a fully qualified Garden Designer / Photographer by day and a International Contemporary Original Artist by Night with over 2500 customers worldwide now based in my new studio in Framfield East Sussex England. My artwork is continually evolving and is inspired by the natural elements of our beautiful world and the positive magic of the stars in the Universe.

Delivery in the UK
Products are dispatched First Class Recorded by Royal Mail . Once payment is received you will receive an email notification. Paintings are prepared for delivery on the next working day after receipt of payment & then dispatched first class recorded (unless contacted by us via email) Paintings are packaged with extreme care using several layers of quality packing materials and strong outer cardboard cartons. To help the environment and to keep shipping costs to a minimum, quality recycled cardboard is used where possible. In the unlikely event of damage during transit, please retain all the original packaging as this is required for a successful claim and please notify us immediately.
Occasionally delays can occur due to reasons beyond our control particularly during peak periods etc.

Modern Art Gallery UK hope that you are completely satisfied with your artwork. If you would like to return the piece for any reason , please notify us and return the piece in its original condition and packaging within 7 days by an insured delivery service(Royal Mail Recorded )etc. You will be refunded the original purchase price of the painting/s, minus any shipping fees paid.
