Shipping Information

I ship with the USPS by either Priority Mail or First Class. Also, I can do International Shipping, but please convo/e-mail me first. I will get a quote ASAP, as I like to get a quote from the post office to prevent expensive mistakes as well as overcharging. For International Shipping I'm unable to get a Delivery Confirmation and insurance is often cost prohibitive so it will not be included unless otherwise stated. It can take up to two months to receive a package if shipped internationally. I am not responsible for custom fees.
On certain items insurance is required, and has been added to the shipping price. All items, except international, will be shipped with a Delivery Confirmation.
Due to the lack of a shipping calculator the charges will not be exact. Any amount over $1.00 will be refunded to the purchaser, any amount under $1.00 will not. I will combine items to save on shipping charges. Please be assured I do not profit from the shipping charges. Since I sell vintage and one of a kind items, I pack the items very carefully and by the time I pay for boxes and packing supplies it can be cost prohibitive. I do recycle boxes and packing supplies that are in quality condition.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Please be advised I will describe the glass and other items to the best of my ability, but that glass does routinely have straw marks and secured bubbles. Also, since the items are vintage they have had a past life. I do not clean my jewelry, and some of my items, as some prefer the original finish/patina, or to do it themselves. If you are not happy with anything that is purchased from me please let me know and I will do my best to try to resolve the issue. I pride myself on my customer service and I want happy, repeat customers. If an item is returned buyer must pay for return shipping costs and delivery confirmation. Item must be returned unbroken/in original condition, and once recieved I will refund original item cost and shipping cost. If you are dissatisfied I must know within 24 hours after receipt.
