Shipping Information
Products are shipped via Canada post,ETA of items may be 2-3 weeks r/t postal service.We strongly suggest buyer purchases insurance as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged article.Duties,tariffs,import and other fees that may be incurred from an international purchase are the buyers sole responsibilty.Orders will be shipped after full payment is recieved.Custom orders for handles and drawer pulls will be assessed on shipping wieght and client advised of actual cost prior to order being finalized.Items are shipped to address on file with Zibbet unless personally instructed otherwise at time of purchase.We do not ship to Italy or African nations at this time
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted due to a manufacturing defect and seller needs to be contacted prior to the return of any article;within 3 days of delivery.Insuring shipment is buyers reponsibility and any damage should be reported to delivery agent prior to accepting shipment.Custom orders require 50% non refundable deposit with the order for material and handling charges.
