I want all my customers to be 100% satisfied with items that they purchase from my shop. As I have said before I want you to enjoy the piece as much as I enjoyed making it. Shipping Information
As far as shipping, some of the pieces I create are a bit heavy so shipping and handling is a bit higher. If it ends up being less then I quote I will refund you the difference.
I do ship international.
I ship all orders the day after they are received and payment is verified.
I ship first class USPS
Custom orders take 2 to 4 weeks to complete and ship.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
If you are not happy with what you ordered I will be happy to exchange it for something different within 30 days of original purchase. You will have to pay return shipping and it will have to be returned undamaged within 30 days of original purchase. All items are sent insured, so if your piece arrives damaged it is covered.
Extra Information
Pieces are created with glass, china and tile which can be sharp so please handle with care.
