Shipping Information

I am trying to keep shipping as simple as possible so it will cost less for you. But I promise that your item/s will be securely wrapped. I will have a delivery confirmation for items that cost more than $25 and also you can buy an insurance for additional cost, just notify me about it when you make a purchase.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Some of the items are not exchangeable and non-returnable (like, say, bathing suits) of which I will mention in an item description. It means that the purchase you make is final. That's why I try to provide good view pictures and make as detailed description as possible.
Other items, unless mentioned in an item profile, are returnable if there's a serious reason for them to be returned (e.g., I failed to give an accurate description and the item you receive is not like described). In case you want to return an item, contact me within 7 days upon receiving it and we'll figure something out. Buyer pays return shipping. Upon receiving a returnable item in a condition as it's been sent to you (non-used!) I will refund you money that you initially paid when you bought the item (price + initial shipping).
If the reason of you wanting to return an item is other than me failing to describe item accurately and ship you the item I described, item will not be eligible for the refund.
I usually make everything in quantity ONE, so I cannot offer you exchange for the exact item. But I definitely can create alike one for you if you contact me and we agree on what you want to be made and how soon and if it's possible for me to re-create this item or not, for additional 20% to the price of the item you bought. You will have to send the previous item back (you pay for shipping), allow me some time to create a new item for you. When it's done, I will send you pictures of the new item and if you're satisfied with what you will see, you will have to pay additional 20% and shipping for the new item.
I am not responsible for damaging or loss of the items that were not insured. I will send out completely new and in perfect condition items and will make sure they are securely wrapped, and if they will be damaged (which is unlikely! It's not electronics!), it will be obvious that they were not sent this way.

Extra Information

I accept PayPal and personal checks for items made within USA and PayPal only for international sales. After item is bought, I expect receive PayPal payment within 3 days and personal check within 7 days. If I haven't received a payment withing specified time frame and you have not contacted me about prolonging the term, I will have the right to cancel a sale. Note that item you buy will be shipped only after the payment has been cleared. With all that, I will ship the item as soon as possible and will notify you via email when the item is shipped.
You are personally responsible for all the taxes that may apply.

All the items are made in quantity ONE, so if you want something "just like that but with white stripes", feel free to contact me and give me your order.We will come to an agreement on what you want, how long it will take for me to make it and how much it will cost. But be prepared to pay half of the price of the basic item (the one that you want "just like that but...") before I start making it for you, and when I am done, you will have to pay the rest of the price + 20% of the total price (so, you will end up paying 120% of the price of a basic item). The 20% that you pay additionally, are for custom design. With any questions-contact me!
Also, note that colors can appear different because of individual monitor settings, if you have doubts, please do not hesitate in contact me
