I ship using the USPS Domestic and International Priority Mail. This allows me to keep your shipping cost down while providing reliablilty in shipping and tracking. If you prefer another method please let me know and I will do what I can to accomidate you. Additional shipping charges may apply.

If your item is delayed in transit, please contact me and I will do my best to find its location and how much longer it will be.

Please note, that international buyers are responsible for any customs or duties charges that may apply.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

IF for some reason you are unhappy wih your order or if arrives damaged, please let me know within 3 days of reciept so I can work with you. Refunds of the purchase price (not including shipping)may be issued within 5 days of reciept if another resolution cannot be reached.
