*_* I accept payments with PAYPAL, I am sorry for the inconvenience, however you do not need to have a Paypal account and you still can pay with your debit or credit card through Paypal.

Shipping Information

*=* I ship the item within 2 business days, if it is a custom order, I may need some extra days more to make it and process it (up to availability in supplies), after the payment is received, and it will be shipped via First Class USPS, if you want the package insured or expedited delivery, please let me know and I can upgrade the shipping at an additional cost.
*=* I DO ship international, but if you are interested in buying please CONVO me first and make a special listing for you and I can give you the right shipping rate according the destination.
*=* I DO ship to APO/FPO/DPO but as above, please before you purchase something please CONVO me and I make a special listing for you and I give you the right shipping rate according the destination.
*=* My products are shipped in a sturdy box to protect them during shipping, prior to shipping they are checked to assure quality, please note that My Flower Zone is not responsible for damages or lost packages during the shipping, however if any package is lost I can contact the USPS to file a complaint and the further investigation in the lost package.
*=* I add the Tracking number to the shipment, so... you as a customer and I as a seller, can be tracking your package anytime until is delivered.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

*-* Please verify the item before buying it. I am sorry but there are no returns, or exchanges, all Sales Are Final due to hygiene reasons. If you want to change the hardware in the hair accessories please leave a message otherwise they will be made with the default hardware.
*-* If you get the wrong item by my mistake, the item must be returned in new condition within 7 days after you received the item, I will send you the correct item as soon as I get the returned item, and I will cover all the shipping cost involved, OR I will refund the entire purchase price, including the shipping cost. Refund will be awarded once I have received the returned item, please include your information to expedite your refund (only if it is my fault).

*_* All the items are created by hand and by myself, please understand that each item may vary slightly.
*_* Please be aware that with all the items you see online, the monitor may display the color slightly different and may not correspond to the actual color in the item.
*_* Some of my products contain small pieces and can pose a choking hazard, they are not intended to be Toys, please do not leave your children or pets unattended or playing with the item, I always sew and glue the embellishments in my products, however they could get loose if they are not handled properly, My Flower Zone is not responsible for any incident occurred.
*_* Please avoid contact with fire and water.
*_* For the hair bows, ribbon sculptures since they are delicate items, avoid wearing them on rainy days, to keep the stiffness in the item, do not expose the item to water, fire, extreme heat and the sun light, because all these factors can alter the color or texture in the items.
