Shipping Information

I ship via USPS, either first class or priority mail, with delivery confirmation (within the US). All items shipped out of the country will be shipped first class. If you wish to have insurance added to your purchase please let me know and I will send you an invoice for the added cost. Since everything is custom made my typical turn around time is between 1 and 2 weeks, so if you need something ASAP please let me know and I will get it out right away.

I will be on vacation from 8/18/2011 until 9/2/2011 so all purchases made between those dates will be shipped out between 1 and 2 weeks from 9/3/2011.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately, since everything is custom made I cannot offer refunds. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason simply contact me and you and I can figure out how to fix it.

Extra Information

I welcome custom orders. My kids love when I make something that looks as if it were born in their mind and is now wearable. I would love to be able to do the same for your children. Whatever you are looking for I am confident we can find a way to make it.
