Shipping Information

All items will be sent through Royal Mail (UK's Postal Service) and safely packaged.

All European and International post will be sent by Airmail, speed depends on which country you are in but it is a maximum of 7-14 days after item has been dispatched.

We recycle packaging when we can or use recycled/ recyclable packaging to help our planet!

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

You may return your purchase within 7 days of receiving it and in its original condition with all tags & labels attached. A refund will be given of the purchase price not including p&p costs, an exchange may also be requested which in turn you will need to pay p&p for, this may be discounted depending on the case.

Please contact me first should you need to return or exchange an item.

Customized or custom items are non refundable, if there is a mistake on the customization from our end we will do our best to rectify this.

We will not be responsible for postal service mishaps but if you wish to claim from them we will do all we can to assist you in doing so.

Extra Information

All our items are handmade therefore not flawless, every sinle item has its own characteristics or in case of patterned fabrics, pattern placement may vary from picture.

All our items come presented nicely & include My Funny Bunny tag/ label/ packaging!
