Shipping Information

I will send all shipments to this address and not your Etsy address. Understand that I cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information given.Please contact me if item needs to be shipped to a different address.

SHIPMENTS

Shipments are made through USPS.Soome treats are shipped Priority mail because they are made fresh to order,and are best fresh,some require being refrigerated and priority mail works perfect since it delivers within 2-3 days.Dehydrated treats are sent First Class depending on the weight.I try to use Flat rate boxes so the shipping cost is more effective and beneficial to both buyer and seller.

Soaps are made fresh to order and shipped right away.I can fit 3 bars in on small flat rate box,so if you purchase 3 soap bars,I will only charge the shipping for a single box.If you buy multiple different items I do offer a discount.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me right away and we will work on a resolution for possible exchange or refund. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item and I will reship the item at my cost.
I am not responsible for lost items.
