Shipping Information
All items within Australia are sent Registered post via Australia Post.
Items sent internationally are sent as regular post.
Please contact me if you wish to have your items insured, extra costs will apply.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
I take great pride in the high standard and quality of my craftsmanship, therefore I will gladly take returns if sent back within 14 days in their original, unused state.
Please email me prior to returning items for an authorization code.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Customs orders cannot be returned unless an error on my behalf has occurred.
Extra Information
Please allow up to two weeks for custom made items.
