At Natural Baby Knits, we believe that every baby deserves heirloom quality hand-knit items even if he or she doesn't have a knitter in the family to make them. We specialize in knits for baby made from natural fibers because we believe that natural fibers are best for delicate baby skin.

Shipping Information

We strive to provide exceptional products that our customers will love and ship them within two business days of receipt of your payment. Special requests or custom orders may take longer to process. Items shipped to buyers within the continental United States will be shipped via U.S. postal service Priority Mail or First Class Mail unless you request another shipping method. Please contact us for more information if you are outside the continental United States or if you would prefer a different shipping method.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We offer full refunds for items damaged or lost in shipping. If you receive your item in good condition but decide you don't wish to keep it, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, not including shipping, as long as the item is still in original condition. Return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. Custom orders received in good condition cannot be returned for refund.
