All my prices are in U.S. dollars. International buyers are most certainly welcome. IF I have accidentally forgotten International shipping on a listing you are interested in, please contact me!
Shipping Information
I prefer to ship items to confirmed PayPal addresses. This is for the safety of both buyer & seller.
***Shipping rates will be adjusted periodically as rates are raised at the post office. Rates may also be adjusted (never on anyone's purchase, only unsold listings) if I see a major miscalculation on costs after mailing an order.***
Bookmarks are sent via first class mail unless quantities are larger than 10.
Other items are shipped via First Class/Parcel Post mail unless customer requests Priority Mail shipping or if Priority Mail is the less expensive option. First Class or Parcel Post will depend on weight.
Insurance is completely the option of the buyer. If you opt for no insurance, I will not be responsible for lost or stolen orders. Please contact me if you wish to add insurance to your order & an adjusted listing will be made for you or an adjusted Paypal invoice will be sent.
Bookmarks & note cards will be shipped in flat/bubble envelopes unless combined with other items or large quantities are ordered. Tiles will be shipped in appropriate boxes. I do have a habit of recycling materials for packing. Dont be surprised if the Sunday funnies are used to wrap your purchase! More likely will be bubble wrap or Styrofoam peanuts which I've gotten from something I bought, or saved from the landfill via our local Freecycle group.
If you have placed a custom order, I will work quickly to fulfill your order. For bookmarks, note cards & most magnets ... shipping can be expected within 3-5 days from time of confirmed payment.
LOCAL BUYERS !! Pickup arrangements can be made & shipping will not be charged. Please contact me before buying for a coupon code to remove shipping. Please note that thru PayPal, local orders will be charged sales tax.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Refunds

Should you not be satisfied with your item for a reasonable reason, I will refund your money. Sorry, but I cannot refund or accept returns on an item due to buyer's remorse. All refunds must be requested within 3 business days, & will be made upon receiving the item in the same condition it was sent out. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer & insurance is strongly suggested. Thank you for understanding.
Damages

No matter how well an item is packed, damage can happen in shipping. Please contact me about it within 2 days of receiving the item(s). I will replace the damaged item for free if insurance was purchased, upon receiving the damaged items back. Return of damaged items is requested to see damage & work on not repeating the problem.
Cancellations

Cancellations should be made within 24 hours or less. I make it a point to ship regular listed items within 24 hours, weekdays(with confirmed payment). Special order cancellations should be made within 48 hours.

Wholesale & Such

I am happy to accept wholesale orders from qualified businesses. I will also work with customers who wish to purchase in bulk at a slight discount.
The rest

8% sales tax will be applied to all orders delivered within the state of Washington.
All of my items come from a smoke free home. I do have a short haired dog & strive to keep any of her out of all aspects of your item(s).
