Hi! Welcome to the policies section of my shop!

Shipping Information

Your order will be shipped first class mail* via USPS within 4 business days** from the time I receive your payment. IMPORTANT: IT WILL SHIP TO YOUR PAYPAL ADDRESS so please make sure that this is the address you choose at PayPal's check-out!!! I also try to re-use shipping materials when I can and do not print out packing slips to help the environment; if this is a problem please just let me know in the "Message to the Seller". Also, once an item leaves my hands and has been shipped, it is not my responsibility -- however, IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ADD SHIPPING INSURANCE to your order I will gladly do so; just message me to let me know and I will update your invoice to reflect the additional cost. Also, my shipping costs not only include the price of shipping but also the cost of supplies used to ship your items (envelopes, paper, printer ink, tape, printer maintenance) as well as the fees I need to pay for each and every item. One last thing: INTERNATIONAL ORDERS CAN TAKE ANYWHERE FROM 1 WEEK TO 2 MONTHS TO ARRIVE; and no, I will not lie on your customs form to save you money -- this is illegal and it is not worth it to me! Also, any duty or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

*I also provide expedited shipping if you need it. Just message me first so that I can update the shipping cost for your order.

**Felted items may take an extra 3-4 days to ship as discussed in the items' descriptions.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

***WEARABLE ITEMS AND CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE***

If your item is NOT a wearable item or a custom order and you receive it and decide that you are not happy with it (which I certainly hope doesn't happen!!!), please contact me within 1 week of the day it was delivered so that we can discuss the available options. If you decide to return the item within this one week period I will issue you a refund for the amount of money that you originally paid, minus the shipping and return shipping costs and minus the 30 cents PayPal charges for a refund.

I accept PayPal as my payment method.

FEEDBACK:

Feedback will be left after I know you have received your item and you are happy with it; this is when I personally feel the transaction is complete.

RUSH ORDERS:

I do take rush orders, but please be advised an extra fee will apply as well as an extra fee for expedited shipping.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

I would love nothing more than to receive a custom order! I've had my hands into drawing, painting, sculpture, photography, jewelry-making, knitting, crocheting, sewing, needlepoint, embroidery, latch-hooking, decoupage, origami, kirigami, floral arranging, wreath-making, potpourri-making, toy- and doll-making... almost nothing is out of bounds, so please give me a try!
