Shipping Information

Payment Terms:

I accept Paypal with a Confirmed and Current address on file with Paypal. ***No personal checks*** I will need to send the item to the Confirmed and Current Address on file with them.

If you live in Missouri, 6.225% sales tax on purchase price and shipping will need to be added to your order. Paypal should automatically add the sales tax to the invoice. If not, let me know and I'll send you a revised invoice.

Shipping Info:

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Items will be sent Priority Mail with Free Delivery Confirmation and Insurance. Some items will be sent First Class with D.C. and Insurance if stated in listing.

I will need to send the item to the Confirmed and Current Address on file with Paypal.

I will gladly combine shipping if you buy more than one item. If you would like to buy more than one item, please wait for a combined invoice. I will send you one as soon as I figure out the new amount. Thanks!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please feel free to ask me for shipping costs to your country. I will need to ship PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL to get a TRACKING NUMBER. Please be aware you may have custom fees depending on country and I will need to fill out the custom form properly, not as a gift. If item is returned because it is not claimed for any reason(does not want to pay custom fees, Paypal address is not current, etc.), I will refund your money minus original shipping and any shipping costs incurred by postal service for returning package.

Insurance:

ALL items are INSURED in case of loss or damage. If your package arrives damaged, PLEASE make sure to keep everything INCLUDING the packaging. Your post office will need to see this before I can file a claim.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Returns and refunds are handled on an individual basis. Your items have been packaged with care and sent in excellent condition. Yet, sometimes accidents happen during shipment. If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact me so we can make arrangements for a refund. You will need to keep everything including the packaging for insurance purposes.

If an item arrives in good condition and you are just not happy with it, you will need to contact me within 3 days of receiving the item before returning it. The item must be returned within 7 days of receiving it, in good condition, packaged properly, and insurance must be included in the return shipping. I will refund your original purchase price minus all shipping fees(original and return shipping + insurance) within 3 days of receiving and inspecting item. No refunds can be made for custom orders.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I try to make sure my photographs represent the item's true color to the best of my ability. However, monitor colors vary dramatically and no matter how good a color looks on my monitor, I have no control of what it will look like on yours. I do offer a verbal description of the color(s), but that may leave even more open to interpretation. Be aware that the actual color(s) may vary from your expectations.
