Shipping Information
I ship all items via USPS. I will combine shipping from this shop and my Artfire shop (www.paperandstones.artfire.com). In the event the item is too large to send via USPS, I will use UPS.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
There are no returns on items unless received in a damaged condition. You must notify the post office and me immediately. Return by USPS and a new item will be shipped. There are no refunds. A shop credit can be given which does not include shipping and handling.
