Shipping Information
Shipping fee for Croatia is 2.00 $ and everywhere else is 5.00$ per item and each additional item is 3.00$
Every order is shipped via Registered Mail and with a tracking number so you can always check where your package is. Usually it takes 7 to 14 days for item to arrive but it mostly depends on how fast your local post works :)
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Returns: Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery. The customer pays the cost of return shipping and the refund will not include postage.
Refunds are only issued after I have received the package and established the item is in its original, unused condition.
Please note that should an item not reach me, I can not offery you a refund.
Earrings and other such body jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reason.
