Shipping Information

All items will be shipped by Standard Canada Post shipping method to confirmed addresses.

If you prefer to use UPS, please contact me for an exact shipping price, which will usually be higher. I can then change the listing to the correct price.

I will be happy to ship to USA & several European Countries also; just contact me for exact shipping price. I do NOT add any "handling" fees.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Returns take time and energy for both of us! I'm sure that you will love anything that you order. However, If you do change your mind after the order is shipped, you may return it under the following conditions, as I want you to be happy:
1. E-mail me regarding the need/reason for the return.
2. Item can only be returned if it has been unworn or unused, within 7 days of your receipt, and in the original or identical packaging.
3. Cost of return postage by USPS Priority mail will be paid by you.
4. When I receive the item in unused and resellable condition, I will contact you by e-mail, then process your return credit.
