PeaPodRay is my infant and toddler line of clothing. Named after my oldest daughter who has a love of all things cuddly and so cute you want to squeeze them. I am a scientist plus a creative sort of person, so many times I analyze before I create. I love putting together one of a kind items so please convo me if you have something you would like me to create.

Shipping Information

❖ DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Most items will be shipped First Class Mail (3-10 business days) or can be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days). Heavier items may be shipped through a different method. I can upgrade domestic first class mail to priority mail if you notify me before purchasing or I can send you an invoice for the difference.

My shipping prices include the cost of packaging and shipping supplies plus delivery confirmation

❖ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Most international items will be shipped through USPS International First Class Mail (2-6 weeks). Please be aware of your country's policy/fees; duty fees on international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.

❖ I try to ship every Tuesday and Friday. If you require an item for a specific date please convo me so that I can upgrade shipping if needed at an additional price.

❖ Any additional services including Signature Confirmation, Registered, Insurance, etc. please contact me regarding your needs and we will send an invoice.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Please understand that I am human and I make mistakes. If something is not as described and you want to return it please notify me. I will accept returns if I am notified within 3 days of your receiving the item. Please be aware that custom orders and personalized items are non-refundable.

Extra Information

❖ If you want anything as a customer order I would love to help you. Also if you see something that you like and want more information just ask. Custom orders require at least 2 weeks from time of payment and shipment. I try to get items done sooner.

❖ Halloween is a very busy season so please order early, I do not want you to miss out on your favorite costume.

❖ Garment measurements are taken on the outside of the clothing.

❖ I leave feedback as soon as I can. I think it's important and really appreciate when customers leave feedback for me, also.

❖ Items Reserved (Hold): If you are interested in purchasing an item, but need to wait for a short period, please just let me know. I can reserve an item for you for a short time; unless otherwise discussed, items will be held for no longer than 4 days.

❖ In the interest of saving trees, I will submit an invoice only if requested. Since these are available online I want to limit the amount of paper I use. Thank you for your understanding. If you want an invoice please send a note to seller.

❖ I also recycle and reuse shipping materials, if you would like a gift bag for your purchase please let me know.

❖ Promo/Coupon Codes will occasionally be offered in this shop; to receive the discount, the code must be entered in during checkout at the time of purchase.

❖ I am open to suggestions of any kind. I want to provide excellent service to you, my wonderful customers
