Hello and welcome. Below you'll find some general info that outlines my shop and how I run it. If there is anything I've failed to cover and you have questions, please feel free to contact me. I'm very contact friendly!

Please note: All of my items are created by me, by hand. No two items will be exactly alike. That is the nature and beauty of handmade. Slight variances will only enhance the distinctiveness of your item.

Shipping Information

I ship all packages within 48 hours of cleared payment.

To avoid any shipping delays, PLEASE double check that your PayPal and Zibbet addresses match. In the event that the addresses differ, I will ship to your registered PayPal address.

Please keep in mind that if you choose e-check via PayPal it could take up to 3-5 business days for your payment to clear.

I ship USPS first class with delivery confirmation. "Delivery confirmation" is just that. It does not imply tracking. The USPS does not offer tracking on first class packages.

Insurance is available on all domestic shipments. There will be an additional charge of $1.75 (for package values under $50 USD). Please contact me prior to purchase so I can add it to your item(s).

Priority shipping (which does include tracking) is available for an additional charge. Please contact me prior to purchase for an adjusted shipping quote.

**International shipping IS available!!**

Please note: International buyers are responsible for any/all customs taxes, duties, and fees associated with purchasing and shipping to their respective countries. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information.

Due to potential legal repercussions, I declare the full item value on customs forms and will not misrepresent the contents of my parcels.
Please do not ask me to lie on your customs form!

I try to recycle clean shipping materials (i.e. bubble mailers, bubble wrap, etc.) whenever possible. If you would prefer that I use only new shipping materials for your purchase please let me know in the "notes to seller" box during check out.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I want you to be 100% satisfied with any purchase you make from my shop! I prefer to treat each and every transaction individually and if there ever is a problem please contact me immediately! I will do everything I can to make it right.

I do accept returns/exchanges on any new, unused item in original condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer and all returns will be issued a shop credit (less PayPal fees). Please contact me prior to shipping so that I am aware of it and can watch for it! :-)

I'm sorry but I am unable to accept returns on custom orders.

Extra Information

Most of the items in my shop are fairly small so are really not intended for young children.

The magnets I use are VERY strong and should not be near those with pacemakers, computer hard drives, credit cards, or jump drives.
