Antique 1892 Paris Artist Studios Engravings, Four Engravings To Covet and To Frame, Pkt 5

Gleaned from the Parisian art catalog, 'Société des Artistes Français et Société Nationale des Beaux-Art ~ Salon de 1892', here are four engravings featuring fabulous Parisian artist studios captured as Victorian was winding down and the Belle Époque was soon to come.

The four artists, each captured in his or her studio as well as a peek at their latest work in progress, are ~
Walter Gay
Gari Melchers
Paul Grolleron
F. A. Bridgman

The engravings are on a nicely heavy card, with French text on their reverse and are in tones of black, white, tan, and sepia. The engraved detailing is gorgeous and there is a lovely broad framing border surrounding each engraving.

Each of the papers measures approximately 6" x 7" (15x18 cm) and each image measures approximately 4" x 5" (10x13). Some tanning and light foxing can be seen along the margins and there are no folds, tears, marks, or creases.

Use for your art, for your Art History class, to fill a lovely Victorian frame ~ these are splendidly unique images!
