Antique 1850 Victorian Tallis Scriptures Natural History Engraving, Brown Bear
A wonderful engraving featuring "The Brown Bear" from an 1850 edition of Tallis' Scriptures 'Natural History For Youth'.
The heavy paper is blank on its reverse, measures 5" x 7" (13x18 cm), and shows gentle all-over tanning. The paper is clean and smooth and the corners are only slightly softened, with no tears, folds, creases, or marks.
Gorgeous to frame, fantastic to use in your art ~ your card or scrap-book page making, your collage, mixed media.
