Antique 1916 Milo Winter Fairy Tale Lithograph For Hans Christian Andersen Fairy Tales Featuring The Snow Queen

A wonderful lithograph from Milo Winter, gleaned from a 1916 1st edition of 'Hans Andersen's Fairy Tales'. The original lithograph illustrates the story 'The Snow Queen' and is captioned ~

'She wrapped the white coat round him'

Enormously frame-worthy, the paper measures 6.25" x 9.25" and (16x24 cm) and the actual image measures 4" x 5.875" (10x15 cm).

The paper is smooth and clear and without tears; the margin shows slight soiling from 100+ years of page turning by little fingers along with two soft folds along the right margin but matting and framing will easily see to this. There are no tears, marks, or other folds.

A wonderful antique paper to frame and gift for the new baby or the young reader. Perfect for your art ... it's a beautiful image.
