Antique 1843 Sir William Jardine Black Breasted Humming Bird [Trochilus Gramineus] Hand Colored Victorian Engraving
A sumptuous engraving from Sir William Jardine's 1843 natural history ornithology reference.
The heavy paper is blank on its reverse, top-tipped in gold, and measures 4" x 6.625" (10x17 cm). There is a gentle tanning and no folds, creases, marks, or tears. A beautiful subject to frame or use in your art ~ it's a lovely antique paper.
