Antique 1918 Edwardian Butterick Sewing Embroidery and Advertising Poster Lithographs

The very latest in 1918 embroidery patterns is featured on this gorgeous 2-sided paper from 'The Delineator' for January, 1918. (Before Butterick Patterns was 'Butterick', it was known as 'The Delineator').

The over-size paper measures 11" x 16" (28x41 cm). On one side, samples of the latest embroidery motifs available from Butterick patterns; on the reverse, an advertising for Columbia Grafonola.

The illustrations are wonderful ~ bright and vivid, 90+ years later. The page is smooth and clean, without folds, marks, creases, or tears.

The embroidery pattern #'s are here for your reference and I'm sure, with a quick search, you may find patterns online ~ this is a wonderful World War I era embroidery pattern-shopping time machine.

Either page side would be wonderful framed ~ for your dressing room, your bath or bedroom. And the page is perfect for card and page making ... for collage, mixed media, altered art.
