I am new to Zibbet but have had my http://www.photographicpassions.com/ online shop for two years. I have also done various art exhibitions and festival stalls so am an experienced seller/shipper of my work.

Shipping Information

I ship nationally (australia) and internationally and will ship the next working day.

I offer free shipping on some of my work (the individual item listing will state this) and ship registered post for Australia (sign on delivery) and airmail for the rest of the world. If internationally you will get a tracking number.

When I have sent your item I will contact you with the post office's estimated delivery time.

If you would like an express delivery I can organise this at an extra cost (as standard shipping is free).


Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I carefully package up your items to ensure they do not get damaged. If however on a rare occasion your print is damaged please contact me within 7 days so we can resolve the issue.

I do offer refunds if the print is not what you expected I need to be contacted within 7 days to discuss the next step.

In the unlikely event that your print does not arrive within a month, then please contact me so we can take to next step in resolving the matter.
