Shipping Information

Your order from Pink Lily Wholesale will ship within 1-3 business days of receiving payment and all ordering information. If information is missing (shipping information, color, quantity, etc), we will contact you by email to obtain the missing details.

We ship using the US Postal Service and we will find the best possible rate for you, however, if you need expedited service, please send us a message and we'll be happy to provide you a shipping estimate and arrange service for you. In addition, all of our domestic packages are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation.

US CUSTOMERS:
Shipping charges are difficult to estimate on Zibbet. Therefore, our store will guarantee to you a refund of any shipping overcharges in excess of $1.00. Where applicable, refunds will be processed via Paypal and will be made to your account at time shipping is completed for your order.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
We will gladly ship worldwide using the best possible shipping rates. For our international customers, please note your purchase will not include a shipping charge. Rather, once we package your order, you will receive an invoice from us for the actual shipping charges. Once this invoice is paid, we will ship out your order.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
