Thank you for stopping by my little shop, here at Platinum designs I work very hard to create beautiful hand crafted invitaions, announcements, save the date, and all other needed and desired wedding stationary items, as well as stationary items for any occassion. I do this by myself with my own two hands. Each project is important to me and my goal is to always make sure that you, the client, are absolutely thrilled with the finished product.
Please check back as I am currently working on several new sample styles and will be listing them over the next few weeks.
Also if you are a referral from a previous customer please let me know that in an email so I might send them and you a small thank you gift.

All items will be shipped Priority mail USPS insured, or UPS ground at my discretion.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
All items will be shipped insured if they are lost in transit I will file for a refund and then recreat item as quickly as possible.
If items are damaged in transit we will follow same procedure.
Due to the nature of customization and personalization refunds will not be offered.
If customers wishes to cancel order 50% deposit is non-refundable. Please notify us in writing prior to printing commencing of wish to cancel.
If printing has already begun then customer will be charged for full order, and we will finish and ship order at your request.
I strive for 100% satisfaction with every project I work on, if you are not completely satisfied please convo me, and we will work together to fix any problems, until you are satisfied with the items you received.
All items are custom orders and personalized to your event- we will discuss colors, themes etc. so they will be one of a kind. Adding an extra special touch to your event.
Please allow 1 to 2 weeks from purchase date for delivery of childrens birthday invites, baby shower, and bridal shower invites, favor tags, advice cards, thank you cards and unity candle sets. This as stated is from date of purchase, I will work to provide a first digital proof within 36 hours and then unlimited revisions are offered on all items, so I ask for the 2 week time frame so we have plenty of time to perfect each item.
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of full wedding invitations sets from date of purchase- this of course is based on your wedding timeline if we are starting early then we will move forward at your pace. If you are in a rush please send me a convo prior to purchase so we can discuss exactly what you are looking for and we can discuss how soon you need them. There is a rush order charge of 25.00 but we can get your invites to you within 1 week if needed.
All orders are custom orders so please allow 24-36 hours for first digital proof, all orders will recieve a digital proof and unlimited revisions are provided for each item.
Customer agrees to hold Platinum designs harmless for any errors found in items after printing, after final approval of digital proof has been recieved.
All orders prior to printing receive a digital proof and printing does not commence until approval has been received, any typographical errors found shall not be the responsibility of platinum designs. We will gladly do a reprint on a rush basis at the cost to the customer.
If an error does occur due to the fault of Platinum Designs we will immediately fix the error recreate any items that contain the error at our expense.
Please notify us via email immediatley upon receiving items if an error is found.
