Description
This beautiful focal bead was done in an older batch of StrikingColor glass. It has a lighter coloring, mostly pastel greens and blues with darker spots here and there. I allowed the glass to flow around the bead, giving it a very organic and delicate sense of movement. I added bands of silvered ivory dots, and encased it all in clear glass to enhance and magnify. Temporarily strung on a knotted satin cord for your immediate enjoyment!
This bead was made on a 3/32" mandrel, and is 38mm X 28mm (and approx. 9mm thick).
The chocolate kiss is shown for size comparison only - this bead is sweet enough!
