Shipping Information
I use reinforced, 100% recycled envelopes. All orders are sent regular air mail. If you would like expedited shipping or insurance, please contact me before you make payment so I can adjust the shipping charge.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Payment must be received within 10 days; any outstanding orders are marked void.
Damaged goods: provide a photo via email and you will be refunded.
Under normal circumstances there are no refunds for the unlikely occurrence of a missing item due to the postal system.
