Shipping Information

I use reinforced, 100% recycled envelopes. I ONLY charge the actual postage cost, not handling. All orders are sent regular air mail. If you would like expedited shipping or insurance, please contact me before you make payment so I can adjust the shipping charge.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Payment must be received within 30 days; any outstanding orders are marked void.
Cancellations must be made before payment is received.
Damaged goods: provide a photo via email and you will be refunded, no questions asked. Under normal circumstances there are no refunds for the unlikely occurrence of a missing item due to the postal system.
