Pouches's Shop Policies
I'm so happy you are considering a purchase! My shop goal is to provide one-of-a kind "pouches" to customers who will love using them as much as I have loved making them. I want you to be satisfied with every purchase. My home is a non-smoking environment.
If there is anything wrong with an item when an order is received, PLEASE contact me right away. I want you to be completely satisfied.
I will ship an item by USPS within 3 business days after payment is received via PayPal. If payment is not confirmed within 5 days, the item will be reposted. At this time, I ship within the US only. I use Priority or First Class with delivery confirmation. I do not normally include insurance. If you want insurance, contact me before payment.
Most of my "pouches" are soft and can be folded without any damage - just throw in a cool dryer or use a cool iron if any wrinkles. I use flat rate boxes for larger orders but smaller items will be shipped in bubble mailers.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
I want you to be satisfied. Please read descriptions carefully before purchase and contact me with any questions or concerns. If there is a problem, returns (refund of item minus shipping costs) can be made after email exchanges or phone conversations.
Many of my items are one-of-a kind. If you have an article of clothing or wool sweater that you would like me to make into a "pouch", just contact me. What fun it is to have something new and useful made from something you can no longer use!
