Welcome to Prairie Boutique, I am a crafter at heart! My name is Dawn and I am a work from home Mom with 2 young boys, I create and design while they're at school. I have been through 2 devestating losses in the past 10 years, and that is when I started creating and opened up my website. For me, crafting and creating is my outlet and stress reliever.

Shipping Information

Payment: I prefer paypal (you can pay be credit card as well). All orders MUST be paid for within 3 days after checking out. If orders aren't paid for, sale will be cancelled and necessary feedback submitted. Please pay promptly upon checking out, if you have problems with making a payment, please let me know as soon as possible.

Shipping: I ship through Canada Post, all expedited shipping includes $100 insurance. Once the parcel/package/envelope leaves my hands, I am no longer responsible for it. All instock items are shipped promptly once payment is received. Custom orders are shipped within 2 weeks.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I would like you to be 100% satisfied with your order. I will accept a return if item (within 14 days) is in perfect shape and sent back to me(at your cost).

Damages MUST be claimed within 1 week after receiving item. I have no control over the item once it leaves my hands and enters into the postal system. If your order is damaged when received I MUST be notified of it (along with pictures of the item and damage) within 1 week. No refunds will be given after one week of receipt of delivery.

Most orders are completed within 7-10 days, please let me know if you need it sooner, and necessary "express" charges will be applied.
