All packages are shipped (right now) with the USPO, with delivery confirmation, no insurance. We WILL NOT be responsible for lost packages. So if you prefer to have insurance added to safeguard your purchase, please contact us before ordering, and we will help with adding insurance to your package. IF YOU PREFER a different shipping method, please contact us BEFORE ordering so that we may adjust the shipping on the item(s) you are ordering.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final on all bath & beauty products due to the nature of the item. If you have a serious problem with an item please contact us for a resolution before leaving negative feedback!! PLEASE READ ALL INGREDIENTS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING TO AVOID ORDERING A PRODUCT WITH INGREDIENTS YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO.
Jewelry if broken when you receive the piece or if it does not fit, you may send it back for repair or fitting COD and we will repair or fit and send back without charging you shipping or any fee, ONE TIME. If you are just completely unhappy with the piece you may send the piece back to us AFTER you contact us for shipping instructions, and you will be refunded for the price that you paid for it. We can not refund shipping costs. PLEASE be sure you are ordering the right size, and IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, please contact us BEFORE ordering, we prefer to size an item before it is mailed to you.
