Shipping Information

Your order will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of payment.
All orders are shipped via First Class through the US Post Office.

If you need a faster or different method, convo me and we can discuss options. Please remember, faster methods will incur extra charges.
All custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Sorry, I do not mark customs forms with "Gift"
All of my items are shipped in a sturdy envelope lined with bubble wrap to ensure the best delivery possible.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

My first goal is to make my customer happy.

I try to take the most accurate photos of my pieces possible, but I realize that different monitors display colors a little differently. So please pay attention to the dimensions and descriptions. Please let me know if your purchase is not what you expected.

If you are not happy with your purchase, Returns and refunds are accepted within 3 days of initial arrival to you, no questions asked. The refund will be for the price of the item - minus the shipping cost. The item must be mailed back to me in the same condition it was in when it was sent by me.

Extra Information

If you want something different, a different color, stone, length, or style please send me a message. I will be pleased to work with you. I do require a 50% non refundable down payment on all custom orders. This money will be applied to your final total. Custom orders cannot be returned. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks
