Shipping Information

Unfortunately due to my current schedule I can only guarantee that items will be sent out the next coming Friday after order completion. This is subject to change. I WILL inform buyers of changes or delays.

Items made-to-order may take up to a week or more to finish before sending, depending on the complexity of the item. I will inform you of progress and possible delays to keep you up to date. I hope for your patience in these exchanges, I am working with very, very tiny beads.

All packages will be sent out via USPS First-Class Mail unless stated otherwise.

Tracking, insurance, and others can be added on request, with additional charge.

Extra Information

Payment should be made within seven (7) days. If payment is not received by that time the order will be canceled and the item re-listed.

If your item is made-to-order, I cannot begin work on your piece until I have received payment. This will cause additional delays in processing time, so quick payment is best for these orders.
