25" x 5" Mini Scarf

I hand crocheted this Lavender Purple Scarflette Neckwarmer using a 100% Wool yarn. Nice and warm, and soft, the yarn is thick and bulky.

The buttons are large, clear rhinestones.

A scarflette is a mini scarf.

I used a loose knit crochet stitch, so you can button anywhere to tighten or loosen. Wear it loose like a cowl collar, or wear it as a headband or crownless cap.

It stretches out a bit if you need it wider around your neck. If you want it thinner than button it straight or double over the flap for a draped look. You can button the top and pull the bottom looser, or vice versa.

The charm of wearing it as a mini scarf is that you can wear it anywhere, with or without a coat, inside as well as outside. You don't have the tail of the scarf hanging down across your front, so if you are at work, it looks sharp and doesn't get in your way.

It can look like a turtleneck collar. This one could also be worn as a very wide headband or a topless cap.
