Hello and welcome to my store. I an tickled to see that you have taken the time to read about me.
I DO take custom orders.
I encourage you to email me with questions.
I ship my items via USPS mail, either First Class, Priority or Parcel Post depending on the weight and the distance you are from me. That is the price quoted in the ad. If you need something mailed out immediately, email me so I can look up your options and cost.
I won't include mailing insurance unless you request it. The cost to add insurance to an item is generally $2 - $5. If you don't request insurance, the responsibility to assume the risk is yours.
INTERNATIONAL: All shipping fees including import, duty, tariff, VAT, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. I will fill out customs forms accurately.
I send my handmade items, scarves, caps, flip flops and my miscellaneous crochet through the mail. My larger pieces of Art will be shipped via UPS. I can use your account number with them if you have one. I will be using a UPS store to ship, so there will be charges for packaging the paintings.
If I've messed up on the shipping in my ad quote I WILL REFUND ANY OVERCHARGE. If it costs more to ship than I've calculated, please extend the same courtesy to me and I will email you with the shipping charges.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
I am very proud of my work. I want to make sure each stitch is done properly and the finished piece is a work of wearable art.
If I send you the wrong scarf by accident, I will ask you to forward it to the correct person and pay for that mailing which I will reimburse you for. I will send you the correct scarf.
If I have inadvertently listed a scarf already sold, I will quickly crochet you another if I still have yarn available in that color, make up a similar one, or offer you a refund and my heartfelt apologies.
Items lost in the mail will be replaced if you have requested insurance be added to the shipping cost. If you opted out of the insurance, then I'm sorry, but I can't be held responsible. That also applies to any damage incurred in the shipping. Generally the post office is very good at delivering my scarves on one piece, undamaged. However, if it worries you, please add the cost of the mailing insurance to your purchase. (Post office policy is to wait 30 days before filing a claim for lost items.)
Refunds and Exchanges
I do want you to love what you receive from me. If, however, you're not happy and for any reason you would like to return your purchase, please email me or send me a Zibbet Message.
Note that a time limit applies and that the item must be returned to me unused and in the same conditions as when I sent it to you. You will have to notify me within 3 days of receiving the item. Priority mail allows me to track mailings.
When the item reaches me, I'll inspect it before I send you a new piece or a refund.
Please note that postage costs for sending and returning an item cannot be refunded. Your refund will be the full amount, excluding shipping.
Also note that if an item is damaged or lost in transit back to me, I may be unable to refund the cost, so please ensure items are well packaged and insured/tracked if you are concerned it could be lost.
I can't exchange artwork. Each piece is unique. If an item is not what you thought, let me know and I will see what I can do to make it right.
Ask any questions before you bid. I can take more pictures if you need them. Upon occasion my camera is sometimes blurry, I apologize for that.
My household is smoke free. We do, however, have fish, a cat, and a bird. I keep my crochet packed up in plastic baggies when I am not working on them.
